In May 2026, the Rosselkhoznadzor received information from the GIS MT "Honest Sign". The data in the system contained information about the sale of veterinary medicinal products at one of the organization's retail locations in the village of Bakhta, Kirov, without a license for pharmaceutical activities in the field of veterinary medicinal products.
On May 18, the department conducted a control (supervisory) event in the format of a test purchase. During this event, the store seller sold a hormonal veterinary medicinal product that is subject to prescription by a veterinary specialist. No prescription was requested at the time of sale.
During the inspection of the retail store, other veterinary medicinal products were found in storage and for sale, totaling 11 consumer packages.
On June 10, 2026, the Rosselkhoznadzor drew up a protocol for an administrative offense under part 1 of article 14.4.2 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation. On July 1, the organization was held administratively liable with a penalty in the form of a fine.
