Earlier, "Brass Baths" leased non-residential premises located in a building on Proletarskaya Street in Kirov to a private company. The lease term was five years. Before the end of this term, the landlord sent the tenant a notice of early termination of the contract, citing a clause in it that grants such a right. The tenant appealed to the Arbitration Court of the Kirov Region, attempting to contest this decision. He claimed that the contract could only be terminated through judicial proceedings. However, the court denied the claim. The plaintiff was unable to change this decision in the Second Arbitration Appeal Court.
