The level of engagement of the region's residents is equally impressive. Throughout the existence of the award, 85,000 votes have been cast for the participants. This means that the project has long gone beyond the professional community and has truly become a people's initiative. The scale of financial support is also impressive. The total prize fund over the years has exceeded 31 million rubles. Of this, 27 million rubles are personal awards for the winners. Special attention is also given to supporting educational institutions. In 2024, the awards were given not only to teachers but also to their educational organizations – 2 million rubles were allocated for this purpose, with 500,000 for each institution. In 2025, 4 educational institutions also received support of 2 million rubles. Who most often becomes a winner? Primarily, teachers. Among the winners are also retired educators, school directors, deputy directors, preschool teachers, vocational education instructors, heads of kindergartens, and additional education teachers. The geography of the award covers almost the entire Kirov region. The largest number of winners comes from Kirov, Slobodskoy, and the Slobodskoy district, as well as the Yuryansky district. Laureates are also found in the Kilmiz district, Belokholunitsky district, Soviet district, Omutninsky district, Lebyazhsky district, Kotelnichsky district, and Verknekamsky district. Behind the dry numbers lies the main point: thousands of people who work daily in schools, kindergartens, colleges, and additional education institutions. It is they who shape the future of the region. And it is for them that the "Elite of Education" award is dedicated.
