Analysts from "Ciana" published a study dedicated to changes in the long-term rental market for the second quarter of 2026. It included major cities in Russia. In Kirov, the average cost of one-bedroom apartments reached 20,600 rubles per month, while two-bedroom apartments cost 26,000 rubles per month. The first figure increased by 6.7% over the year but decreased by 2.4% over the quarter. The second figure fell by 15% over the year and by 1.5% over the quarter.
