In one of them, it was found that the administrator was allowed to work without formalizing labor relations and had not been paid for several months. The debt amounted to 86,000 rubles. The prosecutor filed a lawsuit. The court recognized the relations as labor relations and ordered the employer to pay the salary arrears and compensation for moral damage — 45,000 rubles. The organization was also obligated to pay additional taxes and insurance contributions. The main part of the debt has already been repaid. The prosecutor's office is monitoring the enforcement of the court's decision in the remaining part.
