Employees of the specialized department of bailiffs for the Kirov region of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia monitored the enforcement of a court decision to restore safety at a railway crossing. The reason for the proceedings was violations in the organization of road traffic, which repeatedly led to serious traffic accidents.
After the presentation of the supervisory authority and court proceedings, the city administration was ordered to eliminate all shortcomings. The bailiff initiated enforcement proceedings and warned the debtor: for willful non-compliance with the decision, administrative and even criminal liability is provided.
The measures had an effect. Necessary work was carried out at the crossing of 961 km of the Gorky Railway (the section Kirov — Krasnoselsky).
