The Kirov branch of the Investigative Committee will spend about one million rubles on security.

      Recently, employees of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Kirov Region launched a competition to find a company that will provide security services for the building at Lenin, 1 in Kirov, with an area of 4,400 square meters. A total of 975,000 rubles has been allocated from the federal budget for this purpose.

      Only one application was submitted for the competition, and it was deemed to meet the requirements. The firm with which the contract will be signed offered to provide services for an amount equal to the initial contract price. The service period is from June 26 to November 30, 2026. Security must be provided around the clock. The total number of hours is 3,792.

      As stated in the technical assignment, the contractor is required to organize access control at the site and take measures in accordance with Russian legislation in the event of illegal actions. They must have not only the necessary number of experienced and qualified employees but also a duty unit operating around the clock, a centralized security control panel, an equipped armory with firearms and ammunition, and rapid response teams.

      Each employee must have a firearm, special means, uniform, and a flashlight. A neat appearance is also important. The technical specifications outline serious contract violations, including the use of personal portable devices (tablet, laptop, etc.), conversations on official communication devices on non-official topics, and engaging in unrelated activities while performing duties.
