Women can receive their pension savings in a lump sum at the age of 55 and men at the age of 60. At the same time, the amount of the monthly lifetime payment from the savings must be 10% or less of the minimum subsistence level for a pensioner. In 2026, this amount is 16,288 rubles.
To understand if you meet the criteria, you need to divide the amount of savings in your individual account by the expected payment period — 270 months. If the result is less than 10% of the minimum subsistence level for a pensioner (that is, less than 1,628.8 rubles), you are entitled to a one-time payment.
How to find out the amount of savings
You can request a statement from your individual account on the "Gosuslugi" portal in the "Pensions, Benefits" section, or by contacting the Social Fund office or the MFC.
How to submit an application
First, you need to find out where your savings are stored — in the Social Fund of Russia or in a non-state pension fund. This can also be done through the statement.
If the funds are in the SFR, the application is submitted through "Gosuslugi" or in person at the MFC. If the savings are in a NPF, you need to contact the fund itself (through your personal account or office).
The application review period is up to 10 working days.
