Internship in Kirov: 70% of youth receive offers, but most only need experience.
A study by SuperJob, which involved employers and young people under 27 with internship experience, revealed a mismatch of expectations in the labor market in Kirov. Among the companies in the city, 27% have active internship programs, while 34% accept interns without a formal program. At the same time, 56% of employers invite more than half of their interns to work after the internships. Another 25% (one in four organizations) make offers only to the most capable candidates. As for the interns themselves, 70% of them got hired by the company where they interned. 12% received an offer but declined it. Only 9% admitted that they were not offered a job at all. However, the motivation of young people diverges from the actions of employers. When asked how they view internships, 70% responded: primarily as a way to gain practical experience. Only 15% named the goal as "to get a job at this company." Despite the high percentage of subsequent hiring (70% of interns employed), the main priority for young people remains the experience itself, not the guarantee of an offer. Employers, judging by the statistics of invitations, use internships as a mechanism for selecting personnel.

Internship in Kirov: 70% of youth receive offers, but most only need experience.
Kirov employers and interns see the internship in completely opposite terms. Companies hire more than half of their interns, and among young people under 27, 70% have already found jobs where they interned. However, the main goal of the internship for 70% of respondents was to gain practical experience, not employment.
