A hedgehog with a large rotting wound ended up in the "Big Nest."
Yesterday, June 14, the staff of the "Big Nest" center reported on their social media page about a new ward. It is a hedgehog.
"Our director doesn't often find animals personally, but this hedgehog knew who to approach," the authors of the post wrote. "At first glance, he seemed healthy, but in reality, he had a large rotting wound on his backside and was emaciated." Specialists cleaned and treated the wound. After treatment, the hedgehog will be returned to the wild.
"We're glad it's a male; otherwise, we would be worried about the hoglets," they added at the "Nest." "And we are also very happy that the hedgehog can eat the insects we paid for thanks to your support."
