Речь идет о действующем бизнесе — базе отдыха «Отражение», расположенной в деревне Салтыки Кирово-Чепецкого района. Как уточняет автор объявления, это прибыльное предприятие с современными зеркальными домами.
Общая площадь построек комплекса составляет 210 квадратных метров, а территория занимает 6,5 гектара. На базе имеется один большой дом площадью 90 квадратных метров, вмещающий до 12 человек. Также функционируют два небольших коттеджа по 30 квадратных метров каждый, предназначенных для проживания до 4 человек. Кроме того, предусмотрено административное здание площадью 60 квадратных метров и хозяйственный блок для хранения инвентаря и дров.
На участке оборудованы детская площадка, общий бассейн и шезлонги. Зимой есть возможность заливать каток. У каждого домика есть открытая терраса, подогреваемая купель, сауна, собственная парковка и зона для барбекю с беседкой.
«Вся необходимая инфраструктура уже имеется, включая электричество, водоснабжение, отопление и канализацию, а также охрану и парковку. Персонал обучен и полностью укомплектован. На въезде установлен шлагбаум для обеспечения безопасности», — отметил продавец.
В пешей доступности расположены оборудованные пляжи реки Быстрицы и Симаковских карьеров.
