A woman from Perm was sentenced to 7 years for drugs in Kirov and had her cryptocurrency confiscated.
The Oktyabrsky District Court of Kirov issued a verdict against a 39-year-old resident of the Perm Krai. The woman was found guilty on three counts of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation: parts 1 and 2 of Article 228, part 3 of Article 30, paragraph "g" of part 4 of Article 228.1 (illegal acquisition and storage of narcotic substances, attempted illegal sale of narcotic substances in large quantities, by a group of individuals by prior agreement).
The court established that from August to October 2025, the defendant, who was herself a consumer of narcotic substances, acted together with other members of a criminal group. The distribution of drugs in Kirov was conducted remotely — via the internet.
On October 13, 2025, law enforcement officers stopped her actions. More than 250 grams of synthetic drugs, which were prepared for sale, were seized from illegal circulation.
The court agreed with the position of the state prosecutor and imposed a sentence based on the totality of crimes — 7 years and 1 month of imprisonment to be served in a general regime correctional colony.
When pronouncing the verdict, the court also confiscated communication devices and the cryptocurrency "Litecoin." All of this, as stated in the court's decision, was used in the commission of the incriminated crimes.
