The Prosecutor's Office of the Primorsky District checked the appeal of a 58-year-old resident of Kirov, who believed her pension rights had been violated. It was established that the woman was unlawfully denied inclusion in the special work experience for the period of her employment from 1982 to 1984 at an agricultural enterprise. The decision was justified by the absence of information about the employer's payment of insurance contributions. Since the issue concerned the right to an early pension, the supervisory agency filed a lawsuit in court to protect the applicant's interests. During the proceedings, the fact of employment during the disputed period was proven. The court granted the prosecutor's claims. The pensioner's rights were restored, and a corresponding recalculation was made for her.
