Thirteen people from different production divisions of the enterprise gathered to compete for the title of the best. The competition included several stages. Participants prepared self-presentations, solved theoretical tests, and situational cases.
As a result of all the trials, the first place was taken by the shift supervisor of shop 57, Maxim Belosludtsev, the second place by the shift master of shop 60, Alexander Kaisin, and the third place by the shift master of shop 60, Evgeny Vozisov.
