The bailiff had a conversation with the debtor, explained the consequences, and issued a ruling to restrict the right to operate a vehicle—until the debt was fully paid off. This measure is provided for by the federal law "On Enforcement Proceedings."
After the restrictions were imposed, the man paid off the entire debt in a short period.
