Residents of Kirov are ready to have penalties for utility debts written off.

      "T Plus" is conducting a campaign called "Going with Warmth." As reported by the company, to participate, it is necessary to pay the current charges for electricity, hot water, and heating by June 30, as well as fully settle any existing debts. In this case, the energy company will waive the accrued penalties. Exceptions are penalties for which collection has already been confirmed by a court decision.

      The company reminded that debts for utility services can be collected forcibly through bailiffs. Thus, in the first three months of the current year, employees of the Federal Bailiff Service in the Kirov region and the Kirov branch of "Energosbyt Plus" conducted more than 80 joint raids at the addresses of debtors.

      During enforcement actions, bailiffs seized the property of non-payers, including shares in apartments, household appliances, garages, and vehicles. In addition to the principal debt, such citizens have to pay penalties, court fees, and enforcement fees.

      The energy company urged residents of the region not to accumulate debts, noting that timely payment of utility services is necessary for the reliable operation of the energy system and preparation for the next heating season.
