During the on-site inspection, specialists found that the temperature of the hot water in the apartment did not meet regulatory requirements. The utility service was provided of inadequate quality. Following the inspection, an administrative offense case was initiated against the management company. The organization was also issued an order to rectify the violations. The housing inspection reported that the issue has now been resolved: the temperature of the hot water has been brought in line with current regulations.
