In Kirov, they sold questionable cutlets and pancakes.

      LLC TD "Kupets," which produces meat and fish semi-finished products in the Slobodsky district of the Kirov region, was held administratively liable for violations of veterinary regulations. This was reported by the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for the Kirov region, the Udmurt Republic, and the Perm Krai.

      During a documentary inspection in May 2026, specialists identified violations in the processing of electronic veterinary accompanying documents (eVSD). It was revealed that in April, the company released a batch of semi-finished products made from raw materials of undetermined origin.

      Thus, the enterprise produced:

      2.1 kg of beef cutlets

      6.05 kg of pancakes with beef, pork, and onions

      1.92 kg of "Homemade" beefsteak — made from broiler chicken meat, pork cutlet meat, and unsalted side fat, but without indicating the origin of the beef.

      In addition, the company released 1.97 kg of "Cod" fish cutlets made from pollock, although the composition should have included cod.

      Due to the lack of data on the origin of the raw materials, it was impossible to trace the production process and confirm the safety of the products from the standpoint of veterinary and sanitary requirements. The entire identified batch of semi-finished products was sold to the trading pavilions of LLC "Sever Torg" in Kirov.

      On June 2, 2026, the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration held the legal entity accountable (under part 1 of article 10.8 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation) and the authorized representative of the company (under part 1 of article 10.6 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation). Both were fined.
