— This is a wonderful day that reminds us, adults, that our sacred duty is to raise, educate, nurture, and protect our children. We live for them. Today, I want to express my gratitude to the person who has poured his heart into this wonderful institution – State Duma Deputy Rahim Azimov. And with us today is his closest associate, who organized all the work to create this center, Boris Vesnin. I hope that he will continue to care for this center, develop it, so that everyone here feels comfortable, — emphasized Governor Alexander Sokolov.
The new modern center for comprehensive assistance to children with health issues, "Okrilyaem," began operations in March 2025. This is a unique example of building a social facility of such scale with charitable funds.
As Boris Vesnin shared, support for the "Okrilyaem" center will definitely continue.
— This project is for me a source of great pride and excitement. Every time I come here, I see that the center we built together is in reliable hands of the Ministry of Social Development, the center's leaders, and there are very sincere people working here, wholeheartedly dedicated to helping children and rehabilitation.
The center's building houses rooms for therapeutic physical education, massage offices, hydro-massage baths, a physiotherapy room, a salt room, a sensory room, a social and domestic adaptation room, workshops, a parents' room, and specialists' offices. Annually, about 1500 children can undergo rehabilitation here. The main goal of this work is their maximum adaptation to life in society.
In honor of the holiday – Children's Day – an entertainment program was organized for the kids with engaging creative workshops and gifts.
