      At a government meeting, Governor Alexander Sokolov announced the awarding of the title "Honored Ecologist of the Kirov Region" to Vitaly Perestoronin. He was recognized for his many years of conscientious work, high professionalism, and significant contribution to the development of the ecological sphere. Perestoronin thanked him for such a high assessment.

      It should be noted that, according to the data from the Public Chamber website, Vitaly Pavlovich is an expert in the field of ecology and natural resource management. He works as the director of the branch "TsLATI for the Kirov Region" of the federal state budget institution "Center for Laboratory Analysis and Technical Measurements for the Volga Federal District." He has a higher education, having graduated from the Kirov Polytechnic Institute, Nizhny Novgorod Social and Political Institute, St. Petersburg State University, and the International Academy of Sciences of Ecology and Life Safety. He is an honorary worker in nature protection. He has been awarded honorary certificates from the government and Legislative Assembly of the Kirov Region, the administration of Kirov, as well as other departmental awards and acknowledgments.
