The administration of Kirovo-Chepetsk reported the tragic death of spouses Andrei and Larisa Perminov. "We express our sincere condolences to the relatives, friends, and colleagues of Andrei Alekseevich and Larisa Vasilievna. The bright memory of these remarkable people will forever remain in our hearts," wrote the officials.
Andrei Perminov was born in 1971. From 1994 to 2021, he served in the penal system. From 2016 to 2021, he headed correctional colony No. 5. After his resignation, he worked as an assistant to the rector of KSMU.
Larisa Perminova was born in 1973. She dedicated her life to raising children and worked in the preschool education system of Kirovo-Chepetsk. Since 2017, she led kindergarten No. 17. She was described as a talented leader, a sensitive and responsive person.
The authorities did not disclose the cause of the couple's death. However, in the comments, one local resident wrote that they allegedly died in a traffic accident.
