Seven historical buildings in the Kirov region will be put up for investor search.
By order of the President of Russia, by 2030, the country plans to restore at least a thousand cultural heritage sites. For this purpose, a digital platform has been created, where information about buildings in need of restoration is collected.
Currently, the platform contains data on 22 sites located in the Kirov region. Investors have already been found for six of them. These include a number of historical buildings in Kirov, Slobodskoy, and Nolina.
Another seven sites are being prepared for bidding. Investors are still being sought for them. The list includes:
the house where Mikhail Kalinin spoke in 1921, located in Kirov at Spasskaya Street, 67a
the house where a circle of exiled social democrats worked, in Kotel'nich
the theater building in Urzhum
the building associated with the proclamation of Soviet power in Sanchursk
a house from the early 20th century in Kotel'nich
the house of the first Oryol district council in Oryol
the building of the Anfilatov bank in Slobodskoy.
On the platform, potential investors can familiarize themselves with information about the condition of the sites, characteristics of the buildings, land plots, and forms of ownership. In addition, there is a catalog of licensed contractors authorized to work on cultural heritage sites.
It should be noted that since June of last year, a preferential interest rate on loans has been in effect for investors of such sites — no more than 9% per annum.
