Kirov residents were evicted from their apartment due to debts on a loan.
According to the regional office of the Federal Bailiff Service, the housing was initially provided to a family from the maneuvering fund, but later the apartment was privatized. Subsequently, the owners secured the property as collateral for loan obligations. Due to debts, the apartment was put up for auction. After the sale, the new owner of the property became a third party. The new owner filed a lawsuit demanding the termination of the right to use the apartment and the eviction of the previous owners. The court sided with the plaintiff. After initiating enforcement proceedings, the bailiffs notified the debtors of the need to voluntarily vacate the premises and warned them of the consequences of evasion, including enforcement fees and forced eviction. However, the mother and son ignored the demands. As a result, the bailiffs carried out the forced eviction in accordance with the law. The Federal Bailiff Service noted that the court's decision was fully executed.
