The discussion is about preventing the placement of non-stationary trading facilities, that is, kiosks, in children's and sports playgrounds, as well as on lawns and flowerbeds, except for specially designated cases in parks and squares. The administration expressed the opinion that this will help improve the appearance of the city.
In the near future, the city authorities will approve the procedure for placing non-stationary trading facilities in accordance with the new rules. During the voting, 24 deputies supported the proposal, and one abstained.
