A subsidy is intended for citizens whose expenses for housing and communal services exceed the established norm. As a general rule, the maximum allowable share of expenses for housing and communal services is 22% of the family's total income; however, regions can set lower values.
Both benefits and subsidies can be applied for through the State Services portal in electronic form. Documents confirming the presence of a benefit status or grounds for a subsidy will be required.
To track payments and control billing, the "State Services Home" app can be used. It is convenient for:
checking the accuracy of charges in bills
paying bills
submitting applications if something goes wrong.
