The deputies of the State Duma adopted a bill in the second and third readings that strengthens the responsibility for relocants who, while abroad, committed violations against the interests of Russia. This is reported by "Vedomosti."
The arrest of property will be used as a security measure. According to the Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin, this is about a mechanism that will ensure the enforcement of decisions on administrative cases.
As for the violations, they include, among other things, abuse of freedom of the mass media, incitement of hatred and enmity, public calls for terrorist actions, discrediting the army, calls for sanctions, and much more.
