In Kirov, a 66-year-old director of a management company will stand trial, accused of providing services that do not meet safety requirements.
According to the investigation, the head of the management company failed to organize the timely removal of snow and ice from the balcony elements of apartment building No. 45 on Militsionnaya Street. As a result, on February 5, 2026, snow and ice fell from the roof and balconies onto an 11-year-old girl. The child sustained a head injury, which was classified as serious harm to health. A criminal case has been initiated under paragraph "b" of part 2 of article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The prosecutor's office of the Lenin district has already approved the indictment. The materials have been sent to the Lenin District Court of Kirov for consideration on the merits.
