The budget deficit in Kirov has reached almost 415 million.
Today, May 19, at a meeting of the Duma commission, information was presented about the execution of Kirov's budget in 2025. Revenues amounted to 28.3 billion rubles (100.2% of the plan), expenditures — 29 billion rubles (99.4% of the plan). The deficit reached 725.3 million rubles. The volume of shipped goods (services rendered) amounted to 425 billion rubles last year. The average monthly nominal salary of workers is 82.5 thousand rubles. The turnover of organizations is 686.1 billion rubles. These three indicators increased over the year by 15.6%, 15.4%, and 12.2%, respectively. The volume of tax revenues amounted to 10.3 billion rubles, non-tax revenues — 2.4 billion rubles. While the first indicator increased, the second decreased over the year by 524 million rubles. The total debt for payments to the budget amounted to 414.9 million rubles, decreasing by 8.9 million rubles or 2.1% over the year. The tax revenue shortfall is 248.1 million rubles, which increased by 41.4 million rubles or 20%. For non-tax revenues, it is 166.8 million rubles, which decreased by 50.3 million rubles or 23.2%. This last category includes debts for the lease of municipal land (115.3 million rubles) and municipal property (32 million rubles), as well as for the rent of municipal housing (19.5 million rubles).
