"Motherland" has gone on vacation
This week, Kirov's "Rodina" went on vacation. In March, at the end of the season, the team conducted recovery training and a thorough medical examination. Then, for four weeks, the hockey players engaged in general physical training with variable increases and decreases in load. They all went on vacation with personal assignments from the coaching staff to maintain their form.
Speaking about the transfer campaign, the head coach of "Rodina," Vyacheslav Bronnikov, noted that it is not yet complete. "We are looking for a forward, an attacking line player," he said.
The team's preparation for the season after the vacation will depend on the schedule of the Cup and the Russian Championship. So far, two training camps are planned, one of which will focus on roller skating, while the second will begin ice training.
