Residents of Kirov are receiving notifications from Sberbank stating that from May 5 to May 9, due to restrictions on mobile internet and SMS, there may be difficulties with payments, ATMs, and access to applications. It is recommended to obtain confirmation codes through the transaction history in "SberBank Online."
At the same time, residents of the region are widely complaining about interruptions in mobile internet service. According to the Detector404 service, users are unable to access banking applications, pay for transportation, or make purchases in stores.

The government of the Kirov region had previously warned that the restrictions on mobile internet are a necessary measure to protect against drone attacks.
