The incident occurred around seven o'clock in the evening on Kirova Street. A patrol unit noticed a "Niva" while on patrol, which was driving on the road with clear violations: the car was swerving from side to side and moving in fits and starts, creating dangerous situations for other road users.
The vehicle stopped at one of the stores. The driver got out, went inside, and then, after making a purchase, returned to the driver's seat. However, upon noticing the patrol car, he stopped again.
Law enforcement approached the man and asked him to present his documents. During the conversation, a strong smell of alcohol was detected from him.
As a result, the man born in 1977 was handed over to the traffic police for further investigation.
