За последние сутки 27 апреля, согласно данным ЦГМС, уровни воды в реке Вятка существенно не изменились: в Вятских Полянах вода поднялась на 1 см, в Котельниче — на 2 см, в Нагорске — на 3 см, в Аркуле — на 4 см, а в Кирсе и Советске — на 5 см. Уровень воды в Вятке у областного центра составил 444 см от нулевого поста, что на 2 см ниже по сравнению с предыдущими сутками. В регионе остаются подтопленными: 106 приусадебных участков в Вятскополянском, Зуевском, Котельничском, Кильмезском, Кирово-Чепецком, Малмыжском, Нолинском, Советском округах и в городе Кирове; 1 низководный мост в Кикнурском округе; 9 участков автодорог местного значения в Вятскополянском, Зуевском, Котельничском, Советском округах и в городе Кирове.
