Post offices will change their working hours for the May holidays.
According to "Russian Post," May 1 and 9 will be days off for the majority of branches. However, 24-hour offices and points that issue orders from marketplaces will continue to operate as usual.
On the eve of the holidays — April 30 and May 8 — the working day will be shortened by one hour.
It is noted that on holidays, postal workers will not deliver letters and periodicals. However, the delivery of pensions and benefits will continue — it will be organized according to a schedule agreed upon with the regional offices of the Social Fund of Russia.
The company added that some branches may operate on an individual schedule to ensure uninterrupted service for customers.
The current working schedule can be clarified on the official website of "Russian Post" or in the mobile application.
