At a government meeting during the discussion of the heating season, the situation with the enterprise "Kommunenergo," which operates in Sovetsk and Kotel'nich, was addressed. The Ministry of Energy and Housing and Utilities reported that this season did not require the introduction of a heightened readiness regime; however, the company did not have enough time to properly prepare the equipment because contracts were signed in August, and the heating season began in September. In 2026, all these circumstances will be taken into account, and conclusions will be drawn, the agency added. Governor Alexander Sokolov instructed to fully resolve the issues with "Kommunenergo." According to him, all conditions have now been created to move to the next stage of interaction. Sokolov added that this "should no longer be a problem." The Chairman of the Government, Mikhail Sandalov, responded that all issues would be resolved in May.
