In the Kirov region, a verdict against a resident of the Kotel'nichsky district, found guilty of vandalism and insulting the memory of those who died during the Great Patriotic War, has entered into legal force. A criminal case was initiated based on materials from the FSB of Russia for the Kirov region and investigated by investigative authorities. The court found the man guilty and sentenced him to one year of imprisonment.
