According to the agency, 365 km of regional and local roads have been repaired, 9 bridges have been constructed, and 28 pedestrian crossings near schools have been established in 13 municipalities. The construction of a tunnel under the Trans-Siberian Railway has begun in the Novovyatsky district of Kirov – the project was supported by the president, and federal funds have been allocated under the national project "Infrastructure for Life." The construction of a road to the northwest of the region continues: asphalt has reached the village of Oparino for the first time. In Kirovo-Chepetsk, a bridge from Lenin Street to the "Boyovo" crossing has been reconstructed. For traffic safety on regional highways, 508 lighting devices have been installed. Currently, there are also 192 stationary photo and video recording cameras for traffic violations operating in the region – they record violations and passing traffic.
