According to the bailiff service, a resident of the Malmyzh district had long evaded payments for the maintenance of his underage daughter. Officially, he was unemployed, did not contact relatives or bailiffs, which led to him being declared wanted.
The debtor's whereabouts were established during search activities, including through monitoring social media. After that, the bailiff explained to the man the consequences of further evasion — from administrative liability to criminal prosecution under the article on non-payment of alimony.
As a result, the resident of Kirov acknowledged the debt and expressed his intention to rectify the situation. As a means of repaying the debt, he chose to enter into a contract with the Ministry of Defense. The salary he receives, it is noted, will allow him to direct funds towards alimony payments.
The enforcement proceedings remain under the control of the bailiffs.
