It became known that Kirov managed to sell 18 properties. Initially, revenue of 123.8 million rubles was planned, but 125.8 million rubles were obtained, which is 101.6% of the plan. The administration reported that the sale of the "Sportgoods" store on Oktyabrsky Avenue (63.8 million rubles) primarily helped achieve this amount. A military department store on Spasskaya was also sold. The authorities also disposed of the Charushin house (2.6 million rubles). 56 properties have not yet been sold.
