In the first quarter of 2026, the veterinary management of the Kirov region issued 304 rulings on the imposition of administrative penalties against pet owners.

The total amount of fines amounted to 609,500 rubles. As reported by the regional veterinary management, in 16 cases, citizens were held accountable under part 3 of article 8.52 of the Administrative Offenses Code (causing harm to the health or property of citizens). The largest number of materials on administrative offenses was compiled in the Verkhnekamsky and Omutninsky districts.
