In the Kirov region, bailiffs have completed the enforcement proceedings in the case of recovering a tax debt from a local trading company. The amount of the debt exceeded 28 million rubles.
As reported by the bailiff service, within the framework of the work, the debtor's property was seized. The list included vehicles, real estate, land plots, as well as commercial equipment — a total of 48 units.
Part of the seized property was put up for auction. Through its sale, it was possible to fully repay the debt to the state. After that, the enforcement proceedings were concluded with actual execution.
