In the Kirovo-Chepetsk district, "Chocolate" butter was sold using "dead" documents.
On April 15, the Rosselkhoznadzor announced a warning to an organization engaged in retail trade in the Kirovo-Chepetsk district. The reason was the sale of butter, the legality of which the supervisory authorities could not confirm.
The violation was revealed during remote monitoring through the state information system "Honest Sign." It was established that on April 1 of this year, the retail outlet sold 180 grams of "Chocolate" butter (manufacturer - AO "Milk," Nizhny Novgorod region). The product was released on March 12, and on the same day, the electronic veterinary accompanying document for it was annulled. The butter reached consumers.
The absence of a legitimate document breaks the traceability chain of the product. In such a situation, it is impossible to guarantee the safety of the product in terms of veterinary and sanitary conditions and confirm the epizootic well-being of the places of origin.
The supervisory authority indicated that such facts contradict the requirements of the RF Law "On Veterinary Medicine," the technical regulation "On Food Safety," as well as the rules for the registration of veterinary documents in electronic form. At present, the organization has been warned about the inadmissibility of violations of mandatory requirements.

Veterinary services recorded an unusual case in the "Honest Sign" system. A local retailer sold a batch of butter to customers, whose digital dossier was canceled even before the product hit the shelves. The trading point was issued a warning for the circulation of products that had effectively fallen out of the legal field.
