Yesterday, April 20, an accident occurred in the Urzhum district. According to preliminary data, at 12:25 on the 168th kilometer of the Kirov — Malmyzh — Vyatskiye Polyany road, a VAZ-2106 car went off the road. A 61-year-old man was behind the wheel. As a result, the driver and a 63-year-old passenger died. An investigation is currently underway regarding the accident.
It is worth noting that over the past 24 hours, 11 accidents occurred in the Kirov region. Two people died, and 14 people were injured, reported the press service of the regional State Traffic Safety Inspectorate.
