According to the prosecutor's office, the crime occurred on July 11, 2025, in the victim's apartment in the village of Falenki. During a joint drinking session, a quarrel broke out among acquaintances. The reason was a man's complaint about his phone. Feeling animosity, he struck the woman with a kitchen knife. As a result, the victim sustained a penetrating stab wound to the abdomen, classified as serious harm to health. The court found the man guilty and sentenced him to 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment. The convicted attempted to appeal the verdict; however, the appellate court upheld the decision. He will serve his sentence in a general regime correctional colony.
