At the same time, across the country, the cost of three-room apartments increased by 9.6% over the past year, and since the beginning of the current year, it has risen by another 2%.
In neighboring regions, the dynamics also differed towards price increases. In Tatarstan, "three-room apartments" rose in price by 6.3%, in the Perm region by 6.7%, in the Nizhny Novgorod region by 9.9%, and in the Vologda region by 13.6%.
Business and elite class apartments in the Kirov region also lost value in 2025 — by 3%, and at the beginning of 2026 — by 4.6%. Overall, analysts estimate that the cost of housing in the region is growing more slowly than the average in Russia.
