In January 2025, the authorities terminated the contract with the company. However, the Moscow company, which missed all construction deadlines under the state order, not only in Kotel'nich but also in Nolina, decided not to leave empty-handed and challenge the termination decisions. By the way, despite the ongoing litigation, which involves several processes where the Kotel'nich administration, the FAS, and the regional government represented by the unified customer service are defendants, there is an impression of the likelihood of a favorable decision for "Assa" from the local arbitration. Whether this will affect the construction of the facilities or not is still unclear.
