Oleg Valenchuk: It's great when children know their heroes!

      An important part of the meeting was the presentations by young speakers. The kids talked about the feats of their fellow countryman, the hero of the Special Military Operation Vladislav Golovin, about the life path of Sergey Korolev – the founder of practical astronautics, about the achievements of astronaut Sergey Krikalev, and about the sports victories of the legendary skier Larisa Lazutina.

      For their active civic stance, patriotism, and participation in the project, all the speakers were awarded letters of gratitude from State Duma deputy Oleg Valenchuk.

      – In all our endeavors, we are supported by State Duma deputy Oleg Valenchuk, – emphasized the chairperson of the primary branch of the Movement of the First at the Children's Creativity House "Inspiration," Tatiana Nikolaenko. – The museum of Marshal Konev, created at his initiative, has become a center for educational, cultural, and patriotic events in the Southwest district. Excursions for schoolchildren from the city of Kirov are constantly held here. As part of our joint project "Konev – Marshal of Victory," the kids from the "School of Young Guides" study the history and biographies of our outstanding countryman Marshal Konev and other famous people, and then share their knowledge with their peers.

      The meeting turned out to be bright, rich, and truly inspiring.

      Each presentation was accompanied by a quiz and interesting questions. The most attentive participant was Elena Alexandrovna Shikhova, a representative of the "Native - Beloved" community of the Children's Creativity House "Inspiration." – It's great when children know their heroes. Such events not only familiarize children with the history of the country but also instill in them a sense of pride and responsibility for the future of Russia, – noted Oleg Valenchuk. – This is how not just knowledge is born, but a true, deep connection with the past. Knowing their history, the younger generation will be able to understand the present and build a worthy future for the country.
