      During a government meeting, it was reported that during the winter period, management companies in the Kirov region were fined more than five million rubles due to uncleaned roofs and yards. According to the head of the State Housing Inspection, Alena Dudnikova, a total of over five thousand violations related to icicles and snow were recorded. Local residents complained about this to the State Housing Inspection twice as often as last year. She added that management companies that do not comply with the State Housing Inspection's orders could lose their homes and licenses. Governor Alexander Sokolov proposed developing a federal initiative aimed at tightening penalties for management companies that do not clean roofs. Dudnikova supported this idea, adding that this violation should be classified as serious, which could result in management companies losing their right to operate.
