A rock bar has been closed in the center of Kirov.
The enforcement order has been received by the bailiff department of the First May district. The basis for the court appeal was the results of an inspection of the establishment, classified as high risk. Supervisory authorities identified serious violations of fire safety and sanitary-epidemiological requirements.
Until the lawsuit is considered on its merits, the bar's activities have been suspended. Bailiffs arrived at the location and sealed the premises. All procedural actions were carried out in the presence of witnesses, and a corresponding act was drawn up.
Representatives of the establishment were informed about the procedure for rectifying the violations. To resume operations, it is necessary to bring the facility into compliance with safety requirements and undergo a re-inspection.
Additionally, the owners were warned about the responsibility for non-compliance with the court's decision — up to criminal liability. Access to the premises is currently completely restricted, and the bar's operations are impossible until all violations are rectified.
