Kirov employers have started treating employee burnout with psychologists.

The SuperJob research service surveyed representatives of Kirov companies to understand what compensation packages (C&B) for employees consist of today. It turned out that employers form them differently, but some elements are so common that they have already become an unofficial standard. The vast majority—54%—include corporate training in the package. Courses, training, and professional development at the company's expense are offered to staff most frequently today. The second place in popularity is shared by two options: gifts for holidays and corporate events—each provided by 48% of companies. A little less frequently, but still very commonly—in 40% of organizations—employees can expect financial assistance in difficult life situations. A quarter of employers (25%) reimburse certain categories of staff for mobile communication and internet expenses. Less common, but significant elements of the packages include health insurance policies (23% of companies), reimbursement for fitness activities (11%), additional vacation days (10%), and discounted travel packages (9%). Closing the ranking are the rarest but indicative options. Only 7% of employers provide employees with consultations from corporate psychologists, financial advisors, and lawyers. Despite the modest share, experts call this trend an important signal: employee health is gradually becoming a corporate responsibility. Companies are not just treating the consequences of overloads but are trying to influence the employee's lifestyle and prevent professional burnout. Thus, the modern compensation package in Kirov is no longer just a "thirteenth salary" or a gym membership. It is a hybrid of training, support in crisis situations, leisure care, and—albeit for only 7%—mental health. The shortage of doctors and salespeople has driven salaries in the Kirov region up to 63,500. 49% of residents in the Volga Federal District follow the social media of employees from their dream companies. 58% of Kirov residents admitted that they are idle at work.
