The "Fantazarium" has been temporarily closed in Kirov.

      Let us remind you that yesterday, April 9, the regional office of the Federal Bailiff Service reported the suspension of activities in the building of one of the enterprises in Kirov for 80 days. The bailiff sealed all its doors.

      Today, on the 10th, the regional office of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that it concerns a large building on Moskovskaya, which houses various organizations. Recently, the Lenin District Court issued a decision to suspend activities in this building.

      The Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that in the summer of 2025, a fire safety inspector conducted an inspection there and found violations of fire safety rules that the owner had not rectified since the previous inspection. A repeated order was issued, and a fine of 70,000 rubles was imposed.

      In February and March 2026, new inspections were conducted, showing that most violations had not been rectified. Among them were faulty fire extinguishing equipment, problems with evacuation exits, and the absence of fire protection treatment on the roof, parts of which could easily catch fire. As a result, the owner was held liable under part 14 of Article 19.5 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation. The inspector of the Ministry of Emergency Situations established a temporary ban on activities and sent the case to court. The court issued a decision to suspend activities in the building for 80 days.

      It should be noted that the Ministry of Emergency Situations published three photos of the sealed doors. One of them shows the entrance to "Fantazarium" and the "Capoeira Academy." Newsler.ru contacted the Ministry of Emergency Situations to clarify whether the aforementioned organizations were indeed sealed. The agency responded that in March, the inspector indeed prohibited activities in the premises where they are located, in April the court suspended activities in these premises, and the bailiffs placed seals.

      The "Capoeira Academy," in turn, informed us that the information is not accurate and that they allegedly have no violations at the moment: "The fire alarm and deficiencies were rectified by the management last year. A completely new fire alarm system has been installed, and so on. We were not sealed."

      A representative of "Fantazarium" confirmed their temporary closure and the sealing of the entrance in a conversation with a Newsler.ru journalist. He added that the building, part of which they rent, is very old, and violations of fire safety rules are regularly identified, which is why sealing occurs periodically. For example, this was done before the New Year and after the New Year holidays. The tenant manages to rectify some issues, while others remain unresolved, so they have to deal with new bans.

      We also learned that a machine-building plant is located in the building. A comment from the representatives of the enterprise is currently awaited.
